Terms of Use

This is a translation of the Portuguese text, which prevails in case of any difference.
These terms govern the use of the Kidzzpro and Kidzzpro My Day apps, offered by Bernardo Augusto de Andrade e Oliveira (Zonty Apps). By creating an account or using the apps, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
The service
Kidzzpro helps parents and guardians organize tasks and follow and limit their dependents' screen time. The Kidzzpro app is used by guardians; Kidzzpro My Day is installed on the dependent's device and linked to the family with a code.
Your account
- You must be an adult and the parent or legal guardian of the dependents you add;
- only pair Kidzzpro My Day with devices used by those dependents, with their knowledge as appropriate to their age and maturity;
- keep your email and password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account;
- guardians invited to the family see and manage the same dependents, tasks and rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kidzzpro to monitor people without legal authority, to watch adults, or in any way that breaks the law or the rights of children and teenagers. Don't try to access other families' data, get around the security rules or interfere with the service.
Plans
The free plan has limits (for example, the number of dependents, devices, tasks and rules). The Premium plan raises those limits and unlocks extra features. The subscription, monthly or annual, is bought by whoever created the family, covers the whole family and is billed through Google Play, which also handles the free trial, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own rules. If the family goes back to the free plan, whatever is over the limits becomes inactive until it returns to Premium, without being deleted.
Limitations
Kidzzpro is a tool to support digital education and doesn't replace the guardians' attention. Time control and blocks depend on the device's system, the permissions granted and the connection, and may fail or be bypassed. The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or because of third-party failures (such as Google Firebase). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from using or being unable to use the app.
Intellectual property
The apps, the brand and the content of Kidzzpro belong to Zonty Apps. The data you enter remains yours.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app (My account → Delete my account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the last update is at the top of the page, and important changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
